Which AI providers may process a task?: Depending on the configured workflow, Workforce AI may use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or xAI for drafting, summarization, reasoning, and conversational capabilities.
How long is data retained?: Data is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or anonymized. Customers can request deletion sooner, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Can people review AI work?: Yes. Configured workflows can route designated actions for review before release where the connected tool and workflow support that rule.
