Privacy and AI

Your business context works for you, not for someone else's model.

Workforce AI uses customer content to provide the configured service. It does not sell that content or use it to train shared AI models.

Key answers

How data and AI are handled

The details below summarize the current public policies and product practices.

Who owns customer content?
Customers retain their rights in the content they provide and connect. Workforce AI uses it to provide, secure, support, and improve the configured service under the applicable terms.
Is customer content used to train shared models?
No. Workforce AI does not use customer business content to train shared AI models.
Which AI providers may process a task?
Depending on the configured workflow, Workforce AI may use OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or xAI for drafting, summarization, reasoning, and conversational capabilities.
How long is data retained?
Data is retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or anonymized. Customers can request deletion sooner, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Can people review AI work?
Yes. Configured workflows can route designated actions for review before release where the connected tool and workflow support that rule.
Where are providers listed?
The subprocessor page identifies the providers that support the service and the purpose each one serves.
